Spirit, Soul & Body This Week - In honor of Father's Day, all Dads are invited to join their students or students on the mat during class or and/or come to any Cage Fitness class all week long.  Cage Fitness class times are: Mon, Wed & Fri at 6:00AM Mon through Friday at 8:30AM Tue & Thurs at 6:15PM  __________________________________________ Also, Tuesday is HYPER SHIRT DAY ... Wear your favorite HYPER shirt to class and earn extra points toward the Summer Point Challenge.  (If you are wearing a Hyper shirt, you don't knee your karate pants or belt ... wear whatever is comfortable for you!) ____________________________________________ There are only 3 spots left for the Glow Nunchuck Parent's Night Out.  If you want to get into this event to be held on June 29th, you need to register ASAP.  It's first come, first serve!  Register online, stop by the pro-shop, or call me directly. Belt Graduation will be this Friday, June 15th at 5:30pm.  Invite your family and friends to come out and celebrate your success.  The presentation will last about an hour. Following Belt Graduation students are invited to join us for a Hyper Open Kick Session until 8:00pm.  This event is FREE ... Just wear your Hyper shirt and bring some water to drink!
