Exam Request Form - Required for Belt Testing

Sept. 4 & 18
Private Lesson Marathon
Get one on one instruction at discounted rates during these 2 private lesson marathons. Brush up on your skills prior to belt testing, or simply get a little extra help in your training. These lessons make remarkable difference in our students’ performance, so don’t miss this opportunity to save money and sharpen your techniques! Sept. 14-17
Bring your sparring gear to class!
All students, purple belt and up – kids & adults – need to bring their sparring gear to class this whole week. We will be working on fighting techniques for testing, but we will also drill them with a live partner, so be prepared! If you don’t have gear, stop by the pro-shop ASAP and see about ordering some!

Special Gopher Hill Practices!!
Sept. 18 - 5:30 PM Hyper Pro Training Students
All Hyper Pro Training students need to try to attend as we finalize pieces & music for the Gopher Hill show.
Sept. 25 - 5:30 PM - All Students
All students need to do their best to make the scheduled times set for their particular class levels. We will be in the final stages of planning our Gopher Hill demo and we need everyone to try to attend!

6:00 Jr. Intermediate & Advanced
6:30 Hyper Pro Training
7:00 Adults/Teens

Sept. 26 Belt Testing
Requirements:
- 80% Class Attendance
- Tuition payments up to date
- Exam Request form with high marks
- Clean White Uniform
- Flag Patch for Gold & Up
- UFAF Membership for Purple/White & Up

Test Schedule:
Jr. Beginners 10:45
Jr. and Adult Intermediate 12:30
Jr. and Adult Advanced 2:30

Oct. 2^nd Belt Graduation 5:30 PM
Join us for a time of celebration! Each class level will do a short performance then we will award all students who passed the belt evaluations with their new rank. This night will also serve as a “run through” for our Gopher Hill festival performance. ALL students need to be in attendance … even if you didn’t test! This is also the night of the Gopher Hill Festival street dance, which starts at 8:00PM. We will be done in plenty of time for you to join the fun. Because our school is so close, you are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot and just walk over to the dance!

Oct. 3^rd Gopher Hill Festival

Every year we look forward to the festivities of the Gopher Hill Festival. This year, we have started early in our preparations because we want this year’s show to top anything we’ve ever done in the past. Every class is working on sections of our performance and when we put it all together, it’s sure to be amazing!! Our exact performance time has not yet been announced, so stay connected through Facebook, the website and our text service so you know the plan!

Gopher Hill Tees
We will be ordering T-shirts as well. All students will need to purchase a shirt … parents and other family members may get shirts as well, but you are not required! Be sure to get your shirt ordered by Wednesday, September 16^th! The price of the shirts will be $17.00.
