January 2014 News

HAPPY NEW  YEAR!
We hope everyone has enjoyed the break, from school, karate, and maybe even work,
but now it's time to get back to business!

The goals you set are the goals you get!
New Years is the time many people will set new goals or resolutions for their lives ... most of them, however will not reach them because they fail to write them down.  I challenge you to write your goal down and post it where you can see it daily.  Find a friend or family member to work with you and hold you accountable.  You're much more likely to see success when you work together as a team!
