Welcome Back!!
Many of our students have been away for the summer... enjoying time at camp, on vacation, camping on the beach, visiting family, etc. But, the summer is over and it's time to get back to business ... at school and at karate. As of September 6, we resume our full schedule, offering classes four days a week.
If you did not receive an email with a copy of the schedule, please pick up a copy from the pro-shop.

 Kid Power Bully Defense Seminar
Saturday, Sept. 24th 9:30am - 11:00am One out of four kids reports being bullied. This fun 90 minute interactive workshop educates participants on handling situations with bullies and inspires them to become champions in life. The seminar is free! |
 Belt Testing
Oct. 18 & 19th
Our next belt testing will be in October. Please remember that all students testing for Purple/Orange or higher MUST be active UFAF members in order to be eligible to test. If you are not already a member, please stop by the pro-shop and pick up an instruction sheet!

| Training in Las Vegas Many of you have heard the stories about our experiences at the annual International Training Conference in Las Vegas. You have seen the pictures of the workouts. You've see the videos of Andi & Alex winning the Norris Cups, but nothing compares to the energy and excitement of being there in person and experiencing these things first hand.
So why don't you go with us??
This event is open for all UFAF members, not just Black Belts and next year, we want to take a team with us to the ITC in Vegas. Let's start planning now and we can put together some fund raisers to help cover the cost.
