November 1 BACK TO FULL UNIFORMS

Now that summer is officially over, that means it’s time to end the summer uniforms. Full uniforms will now be required in all classes until next summer!

Nov. 9-12 & 16-19   BRING YOUR SPARRING GEAR
            Intermediate/Advanced students of all ages will need to bring their sparring gear during these weeks. We will be working on various fighting techniques for belt testing and drills to start preparing for the Feb. 2016 Goodwill Tournament in Beaufort!

Nov. 13          FREE MOVIE NIGHT
            5:30-7:00       Kids movie “HOME”
            7:00-9:00       Teen movie “HERE COMES THE BOOM”
Bring your own popcorn and re-sealable drink – it must have a lid that can close tightly to prevent spills! We will lounge on the mat for the movies, so bring blankets, pillows, etc to get comfortable!

Nov. 16-19 CHRISTMAS SALE
SAVE on special items for the martial artist in your life. Discounts will be available on uniforms, weapons, t-shirts and MORE. This week ONLY!

Nov. 20          PRIVATE LESSON MARATHON     3:00-6:00 PM

One on one lessons are unbelievably helpful, especially to students of intermediate/advanced rank. It’s a great way to brush up on your skills before belt testing and get a list of things to work on and improve before your evaluation. You don’t want to miss this chance to get your lessons at a discounted rate! Space is limited for these ½ hour lessons with Mrs. Woods. Sign up today for a spot between 3-6 PM to reserve your spot!

Dec. 4             PRIVATE LESSON MARATHON     3:00–6:00 PM
            Last chance to get some one on one help before belt testing on Dec. 12. ½ hour private lessons with Mrs. Woods are only $25 each. Sign up to reserve your spot!

Dec. 12           BELT TESTING
            The last test of the year will definitely be our biggest of the year. Be sure to check the test requirements to make sure you don’t miss anything!
            TEST REQUIREMENTS:
- 80% class attendance                               - Tuition payments up to date
- Exam request form with high marks      - Clean white uniform
- Flag patch for Gold Belts & up                  - UFAF membership for Purple/White & up

            Let’s finish the year with a BANG. All students will put on a Christmas themed performance then each will be presented with his/her new rank. Invite your family and friends to join us for this night of celebration!
