Goodwill Tournament Coming Feb. 25

- Every competitor gets a plaque / Ribbons for 1-3rd
Demo at Goodwill Tournament
- This week we will start learning our forms for testing, competition and the demo!!
- We need lots of students to register to compete and be part of our school's performance for the opening demonstration
TOURNAMENT PREP CLASSES FRIDAYS
- LEARN NUNCHUCKS, BO OR SWORD FOR GOODWILL TOURNAMENT
- Non club members register in app only $10 per class
- Classes on Friday Evenings
ADULT TRAIN FREE THIS MONTH!
- We invite all parents to join us on the mat during our Tues/Thur 7pm Krav Maga class
- Get a good workout and learn some real self-defense!
