This is T-Shirt Week
- Bring a $1 donation each class
- Wear any tee instead of your gi top
- We will donate all money collected to a local cause
Next week is SHAMROCK BUDDY DAYS
- Bring a buddy to class & you each pick a shamrock
- Each shamrock has a prize.

Next PNO is March 17th
- The Floor Is Lava Theme
- 3 hours of fun and games 6-9pm
Final HFC is March 18th
- Last chance for purple belts and up to meet their sparring requirements
