Belt Testing on December 12-13

- Register in app by Thursday 12/8 to avoid the Late Fee

- Registration will be turned OFF after 12/11 so don't delay!

- Must have 80% class attendance

- Membership payments up to date

- Must have earned Black & Red plus Yellow Fitness Stripe

- Must have clean, well fitting uniform

- Patches for Gold and Up

- UFAF Membership for Purple & Up

- Hyper Fight Club for Purple & Up

You will need to reserve a specific time to test … Make sure you select a time for RIDGELAND not HAMPTON test …

IF you are interested in some "day camps" during the Christmas break, giving you time to shop or wrap, please let us know there is a demand for it and we can make it happen!

THIS WEEK is BUDDY WEEK

Bring a buddy to class with you this week - If they become a student, you get to spin the prize wheel

Buddies need to register - Have parents register at DunamisKarate.org - click "Buddy Week" link.

TRAINING THIS WEEKEND

Saturday, 11/19 we will have FREE Regional training events at Dunamis Karate Ridgeland

3:00 PM - Ages 10 and Up with Mr. Lauren Rhea

Fights don't start on the ground!!!   This class focuses on techniques and tactics to put your opponent on the ground, while ensuring that you are in a position to control or submit your opponent.

4:00 PM - Purple Belts & Up - Sparring with Master Chuck Elias

5:00 PM - Youth Seminar Ages 6 and Up - DRILLS THAT THRILL with Master Chuck ELIAS

Everyone who is eligible to participate should be there!

What's Up Monday Announcements for 11/7/22

NOVEMBER 7, 2022  ANNOUNCEMENTS: 

Next week (11/14-17)  is Buddy Week - Bring a friend to class with you.  The lesson plan will include a lot of fun fitness challenges. If your buddy likes it and becomes a student, you will get to spin the prize wheel! 

Next Friday, 11/18 is the "Ultimate Knockout Royale" Parents Night Out from 6-9 pm.  It will be 3 hours full of Fun and Games for the kids and 3 hours of Peace and Quiet for the parents!  Reserve your spot now because we spots are limited! 

Belt testing is coming December 11-12.  If you are struggling with any skills, short on any class attendance or missed/failed any stripe test, purchase your private lessons NOW so we can get you scheduled with your choice instructor before belt testing!!
