Our next belt testing will be on October 19th & 20th and we want to give the parents/students plenty of time to be prepared.
Requirements ... Dress Code -
Gold Belts & Higher Must have proper patches in place ... Dunamis Patch on right shoulder & Flag Patch on Left Shoulder
Purple White & Higher Must be UFAF members, and must have proper patches in place ... Dunamis Patch on right shoulder, Flag patch on left shoulder and UFAF patch on left chest. Click here to become a UFAF member
Test Fees ... All Belt Test Fees (under Black Belt) are $20 ... This fee must be turned in with the Exam Request Form prior to belt testing or a $10 late fee will be added! Exam Request Forms must be signed by Parents & School Teachers ... If the student is not behaving at home & school (less than a 2 on the form) that students will not be eligible for promotion.
If these requirements are not met,
students will NOT be allowed to test!!
We will send another reminder email including links to the Exam Request Form two weeks prior to belt testing. Avoid the $10 late fee by taking care of these requirements in a timely manner! |
