Dunamis Karate News - May 2018 Summer Uniforms Start run now through October.  Students will be allowed to wear an approved t-shirt and/or shorts in place of the traditional uniform.  Approved t-shirts include Dunamis Karate, Chun Kuk Do, Chuck Norris System, UFAF, UFAF Krav Maga Force, and Hyper tees.  Shorts must be past the finger tips and have the Dunamis logo on them.  Please abide by this policy by only wearing approved shorts/tees! 6 Week Fitness Sprint Saturday, April 28th through Saturday, June 9th, we will be hosting a 6-week fitness sprint.  A great time to get your body back in shape before the summer!  Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM.  The cost is $10 per class or $150 for the full program.  This price includes a pair of boxing gloves and a t-shirt ($75 Value)  MOMS ON THE MAT May 14 & 15   In honor of Mother’s Day, we invite all Moms to join their children on the mat during class.  We promise to make it a fun & educational bonding time for you and your child! Hyper Fight Club Friday, May 4th Friday, June 1st 6:00 PM                   $5.00 Purple Belts and up are required to attend a sparring class at least once every other month. If you need to order sparring gear, see Mrs. Woods ASAP! June 6-7  Belt Testing During Class  Test Forms & Fee Due June 5 or a $10 late fee will be added TEST REQUIREMENTS: * Clean well-fitting white uniform * Minimum 80% Class attendance * Tuition Payments up to date * Test form and fee turned in prior to belt testing or a $10 late fee is added * Flag & Dunamis Patch attached to the uniform (Gold Belts & Up) * Active UFAF Membership (Purple Belts & up) * Fight Night Attendance (Purple & Up – 1 every 2 months)
